What should I do if I lose all my keys?
If you've registered your keys with us, you shall place an order for replacement keys. If not, you will need to replace the lock with a new one.
My key is difficult to turn. What should I do?
Try applying a small amount of graphite lubricant (avoid oil-based lubricants) into the keyhole to improve smoothness. If the issue persists, please contact our support team.
